Pretzel House

Design to create a two-bedroom house out of a 19th-century light industrial building once used as a pot-belly stove warehouse and then a pretzel factory in the heart of historic Brookline Village. Special features include a lofty living area with exposed steel trusses and skylights, two interior viewing gardens, and a glass-enclosed wood and steel stairway.
