Feasibility study with Historic Boston Incorporated for the restoration and reconstruction of a block of Victorian brick row houses on Fort Hill in Roxbury for the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Phase I construction includes the exterior rehabilitation of two of the brick, cast stone, wood, copper, and slate row houses.

A second feasibility study proposes the adaptive reuse of the neighboring 19th-century Greek Revival Alvah Kittredge House as four dwelling units.
