Church of St. Augustine and St. Martin, Boston MA

Over two decades we have collaborated with the church on phased improvements to preserve the building envelope, including the roofs and original brick walls of this historic Episcopal campus in the South End/Lower Roxbury. This landmark, which includes the last original brownstone rowhouse standing on the street, also provides space for community non-profits and after-school and summer programs. Most recently we worked with parish leaders to secure City of Boston Community Preservation Act funding to continue building improvements and a Henderson Foundation grant to restore three large façade windows above the entrance to the 1908 church sanctuary.
