MAB Community Services and the Ivy Street School, Brookline MA
We’ve completed several projects with this extraordinary organization that has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities since Helen Keller served on their first advisory board. Most recently, in their former mansion on the Brookline-Boston border, we designed MAB’s new office headquarters and a new library for the Ivy Street School, MAB’s residential and day high school for neurodivergent youth. We collaborated with Harrod Design Research to create a calm, cheerful, elegant palette of color, light, and textiles that enhance the beauty of the building interior and put at ease the staff and the people they serve.
